Starbucks taste like Car Trucks

I totally agree with you, but understanding the reasons behind the poor quality is the key.
Starbucks claims to open several locations a day world wide. Each location goes through several tones of coffee beans a year. This is great business but where do they get their beans from? Well here lies the sad truth, they have no choice but to get in container loads from various area of the world from the Chicago board of trade. Every one knows that a bean from Columbia taste different then a bean from Madagascar. So to standardize the "taste", they burn the heck out of it to the point that the result is near charcoal. They call it coffee, they back it up with a massive advertising campaign sponsored but the stock sales on the stock exchange. The outcome of this 'coffee" mogul strategy is that everyone in North America is drinking a poor tasting brew, that fuels the pharmacy industry antacid departments.
My assumption is that several years of drinking these concoctions will result in massive health issue yet to come.
Starbuck is barely making it in Europe and North Africa where people have been drinking real coffee for generations.
